My Business has dealt with Pacific Northwest Transmission for the last 10 or so years. Owner Mike Meuret and his staff have done an incredible job meeting our Salem company's needs and expectations. There have been occasions when a part in one of Mike's units has failed, and on rare occasion, there has been an oversight in workmanship. These sorts of failure are simply a reality in all businesses today. What is not common, however, is the way in which Mike's company quickly steps up to the plate, takes responsibility, and develops a resolution. On one occasion a few years ago, Mike's company sent one of their builders several hundred miles to repair a fluid leak that had stranded one of our customers. When my company goes out into the market place to buy a product or service, we look for vendors that can duplicate the sort of service that our customers expect from us.
