Mike Meuret - Transmission Shop Owner
I have been the owner since June 1, 1992. I grew up in the automotive industry, my father being a mechanic and shop owner gave me constant exposure to working on vehicles. My work experience is a hands on approach. I am ASE certified and regularly attend seminars and classes with my employees. Having over 35 years of experience as a mechanic gives me an edge alot of shop owners do not possess. In most cases when speaking with someone about their vehicle problems I am able to understand the issues and ultimately save much valuable time in diagnosis. I have strived to ensure we maintain and possess the latest in up to date, state of the art equipment. Having the eguipment does not ensure proper use. Todays state of the art equipment is extremely sophisticated and requires constant up-dates and training, something that we, as a company, excel at. I am a firm believer in treating my customers and clients the same way I expect to be treated when spending my hard earned money. We will strive to provide the BEST service available, we never use substandard "cheap" parts and will provide you with a written warranty that is backed up with the same service you received the 1st time. I welcome any and all comments about my staff, my service and myself. Occasionally we make mistakes, the difference? We strive to never duplicate them, remedy them immediately and learn from them. I sincerely thank and appreciate the opportunities our community has provided. Thank you, Mike Meuret/ President
Dave Anglen - Transmission Shop Foreman
I was born in Salem Oregon, where in High School I attended shop class. Thats how I enterded myself into the automotive world. A local Automotive Facility was looking for someone they could mentor, being the head of my class, they chose me. Since then I have been a mechanic for 12 years now, five of them being with Pacific NW Transmission. I specialize in electronic diagnostics and drive ability troubleshooting. I attend classes and seminars regularly. I am ASE certified in Automatic Transmission Repair, Manual Transmission Repair, and Drive Train Repair. I am also ATRA Certified.
Tiffany Meuret - Office Manager
Growing up in the industry and working under my father for most of my life, I've learned what it takes to make a customer happy. Attending both Chemeketa and Oregon State University for Business I've been able to learn the necessary skills in properly running an organization. Here at Pacific NW Transmission, I can truly stand behind saying we not only have the most qualified staff, but we work to please our customers. Meaning we operate behind a large scale of morals and ethics. Here you can trust being in the best hands possible.
Rusty Watson - Service Writer
After leaving active military service, in 1981, I used the different techiniques and skills I learned to go forth in the Automotive profession. Moving from Wisconsin to Oregon I started out being self employed, building transmissions for friends, family and the general public. From there I went on to work for Glens 4x4 specializing in building transmissions, but also performed general automotive repair. Continuing in the automotive industry, I went to work for Pro-grass Services, working on and servicing Diesel Vehicles. With all the knowledge I have gained from numerous shops I have worked for, I decided to open one of my own. Also known as Molalla Radiator and Exhaust. Owning my own company not only taught me the skills I now have, enableing me to deal with the general public and my clientel, but how to work with employees, how to be fair, and all in all, how to please. After 9 years, I decided, as much as I loved focusing my attention on customers needs, I also needed to focus on my family's needs as well. Leaving my company I decided to become a service writer for business owner and long time friend Michael Meuret here at Pacific NW Transmission. I look forward to servicing you, and hope you can walk away knowing you were treated as fair as can be!
